"COURSIER 4H - Imperia To St Tropez" Service: This exclusive service is offered to clients wishing for ultra-fast delivery of their orders within the specific geographic area stretching from Imperia (Italy) to St Tropez (France). This courier service is available for delivery within 4 hours following order confirmation, subject to service availability and traffic conditions.

    • Service Conditions: The "COURSIER 4H" service is chargeable for orders whose total amount does not exceed a predefined threshold by Yacht Parts Center. Clients eligible for this free service will be informed of the conditions during the finalization of their order.

  3. Delivery Times: Standard delivery times via DHL or any other provider vary depending on the destination and logistical conditions. Yacht Parts Center commits to providing accurate delivery estimates at the time of ordering and to informing clients of any changes affecting delivery times.

  4. Delivery Tracking: A tracking number will be provided for each dispatched order, allowing clients to track the real-time progress of their parcels.

Warranty and Conformity

Liability

Force Majeure

Yacht Parts Center cannot be held responsible for the failure to perform or the delay in the performance of any of its obligations described in these GTC, caused by an event beyond its reasonable control. A force majeure event includes any act, event, non-occurrence, omission, or accident beyond the control of Yacht Parts Center, including but not limited to:

  • Strikes, lock-outs, or other industrial actions.
  • Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
  • Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, or other natural disaster.
  • Impossibility of using public or private transport, impossibility of using public or private telecommunications networks.
  • Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions of any government.

In such circumstances, the obligations of Yacht Parts Center will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event, and a new timeframe for fulfilling these obligations will be granted for a duration equivalent to the period of delay.

Applicable Law and Disputes

These GTC are governed by and interpreted in accordance with French law. Any dispute that may arise from the interpretation or execution of these GTC and that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties will be submitted to the competent courts of the location of Yacht Parts Center's registered office, unless mandatory legislation stipulates otherwise.
