- Service Conditions: The "COURSIER 4H" service is chargeable for orders whose total amount does not exceed a predefined threshold by Yacht Parts Center. Clients eligible for this free service will be informed of the conditions during the finalization of their order.

Force Majeure

- Strikes, lock-outs, or other industrial actions.
- Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
- Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, or other natural disaster.
- Impossibility of using public or private transport, impossibility of using public or private telecommunications networks.
- Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions of any government.
In such circumstances, the obligations of Yacht Parts Center will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event, and a new timeframe for fulfilling these obligations will be granted for a duration equivalent to the period of delay.
Applicable Law and Disputes
These GTC are governed by and interpreted in accordance with French law. Any dispute that may arise from the interpretation or execution of these GTC and that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties will be submitted to the competent courts of the location of Yacht Parts Center's registered office, unless mandatory legislation stipulates otherwise.
