30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return
To start a return process, please contact us at info@yachtpartscenter.com. Upon approval, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it for any defects, damages, or discrepancies. Should you encounter any issues, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item following our return process. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in addition to our 30-day return policy. The item must meet the same conditions required for our 30-day return policy.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

- Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise discussed with our sales team.
